Here is a little something to think about. If you pay 70 dollars a week for a year the total is 3640 dollars. Which is a small price to pay for a healthier happy life. Think about what you pay to maintain your house and car. Those things can be traded in. You have one body and it is worth taking care of until we figure out how to trade it in.
